Mr. Mohamed El Sabban, CIB Head of Digital Innovation owning 23 years of wide intensive cross-functional experience in managing, developing and implementing large-scale strategic business transformation programs in the region. He is also passionate about blending business strategies, human-centric design, disruptive technologies and business models, to develop digital solutions and drive a culture of continuous innovation. Currently, Mohammed El Sabban is working as the Group Head of Digital Innovation at the Commercial International Bank (CIB), The Largest Private Bank in Egypt. In this role, Mr. El Sabban is overseeing the strategic development for the bank’s digital assets aiming to avail superior and outstanding experience for CIB customers across the various touch points during their interactions with the bank. His work revolves around increasing customer engagement, making banking simple, meaningful and even enjoyable, through the 24x7 digital services. The main strategic objectives for the digital innovation team is to foster the innovation pace within the organization through building a collaborative eco model combining internal and external resources to create new value propositions and target untapped opportunities.
